CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Mat: classical, full-body training, working in all planes of motion. Props may be added to support or enhance your workout. Open level allows for modifications and variations. Mats provided. Beginners are welcome. Offered: Wed / Sat
Tower: Combines mat work with resistance training for strength and stabilization. Utilizing arm + leg springs, roll back and push-through bars. Offered: Tues / Thurs / Sat
Reformer: Work the springs with rhythm and flow on a moving apparatus to increase length, strength, and overall balance in the body. Offered: Mon / Wed / Fri
Tower or Reformer/Chair: Practice Pilates as a complete system. This class utilizes the Tower or Reformer + Chair — each apparatus improves the work of another! Offered: Tues/Wed at 4:30pm, Thurs at 5:00pm.
