WHAT CLASS SHOULD I TAKE IF I’M NEW TO PILATES? NEW TO THE STUDIO?
Foundations Class or Mat Class. New clients, take advantage of the Intro Pack. If there is an Intro Series available on the schedule, sign up for that too.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M READY FOR INTERMEDIATE LEVEL CLASSES?
You’ve taken at least 15 classes. You confidently know how to set up the Tower, attach extension straps for Reformer, can change your chair springs, and are familiar with the cues and exercises.
WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?
You have a 5 minute grace period between class starting and doors being locked. After 5 minutes, no late entry, no exceptions. Otherwise you’ve missed the warm up (safety issues) and disrupt the flow of class and those students who arrived on time.
HOW DO I AVOID A NO-SHOW FEE? IS THERE ANY EXCEPTION TO A LATE CANCEL?
Access the GloFox app to cancel out of class - a late cancellation does not result in a fee. You will only lose the class credit when you cancel after the 6 hr window. The one and only exception we make is if you or someone in your immediate family is in the hospital.
FIRST TIME CLIENT?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing, NO zippers, that you can easily move in. Remember your grippy socks. Familiarize yourself with our Studio + Cancellation Policies.
ARE THERE CHANGING ROOMS AT THE STUDIO?
Yes, our changing room is located at the back of the studio. A restroom is also available with toiletries for your convenience.
